Cupping

Cupping is a therapeutic treatment effective in relieving muscular tension, aches and pain. Glass cups are briefly lit by a flame to create a strong suction, then gently applied to the skin’s surface. This suction encourages new blood to flow through to the muscles and tissue to help with the healing process.

Moxibustion is a therapeutic method that involves burning a herb called mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) and applying the stimulation of warmth and heat generated by the herb to specific acupuncture points. The heat penetrates areas of the body to improve the circulation of qi and blood.

EAR ACUPUNCTURE

Your ear mimmicks your entire body and stimulating acupuncture points on the ear can be effective in treating addictions, such as smoking and drug withdrawal and is also effective in calming the mind to help with stress and sleep.

ELECTRO-THERAPY

Electro-therapy is a therapeutic method in which a small electrical charge is applied to needles already inserted into acupuncture points. This provides continual stimulation of the acupuncture points and further assists in providing pain relief.

HERBS

Chinese herbal medicines used in clinic are 100% plant based herbal tablets that do not contain any additives. The herbal formulas usually take effect gradually as it works by restoring balance to your body and supporting your body’s natural self-healing ability.
